A. Documentation of cases related to the minority actors and actresses faced in the studio. Each case will be separately documented and all possible communication and evidence available to support the case of discrimination as unequal treatment.
B. Collecting the copy of studio’s anti-discrimination policy and finding the discrepancies in the conduct of the studio.
C. Collecting the guidelines of the EEOC (Equal Employment opportunity Commission) and studying that w.r.t. the violation of these guidelines by the studio.
