Chronic Disease Prevention

Please choose one of the following public health topics, “chronic disease prevention” or “HIV/AIDS prevention” and describe three intervention activities you would include in such a program. At a minimum, you are to use the course readings to support your response. Other peer-reviewed materials may be used to supplement the response.
