Scheme of arrangement:

  1. For the employees who have completed 2 years of service this shall directly apply
  2. Company other then salary’s announces that 15% of the Salary on annual basis shall be paid
  3. This is a social support scheme hence this isvgiven to all but with specific purpose only and criteria to avail this benefit following is the requirement
  4. The above money at the end of year or at the time of Crismus shall be paid for those
  5. Those who wants to study further with proof of enrollment for further part time studies after hours or by distance mode (this shall support the Young’s as well those who crave for further education)
  6. This monitory benefit is also available to all those for their chidern studies up to Two children in his family to be paid annually
  7. The same also can be availed by women staff only other then above reasons like getting married or for delivery of children up to 2 children’s annually then the same becomes payable for the studies or children education
  8. If for any reason can not be availed for non accurance then also for singles it is payable to support their parents annually once as a cost towards their care taking

The above scheme is cost but shall be encouraging the best in employee as well as a commitment of the management in being ethically as well treating workers as it family also encourages commitment and better productivity is my reasons
