Some of the strategies that a creative minded leader can use to implement an organizational change are: ensuring that the management supports the change, for instance, most employees are very comfortable when they see the management supporting the change. Involving the employees in implementing the change is also vital because some of the workers may have prior experiences that can not only benefit the change planning but also the implementation process.( Cangemi & Miller,2017) Communicating the change is also important as it can minimize resistance among the employees since by communicating the chances early they feel to be part of the implementation process. Finally, it is important to make the follow-up to find out if the change that was initiated delivered the results that were needed.
