What points of leverage and strategies are given for increasing motivation and employee satisfaction?

There are various strategies and leverages that organizations use to increase employee satisfaction and motivation in the course of their duties. Such strategies and leverages include recognition and reward system, positive working environment, work-life balance and job security (Heathfield, 2018). Employees get satisfied with their jobs better if they are rewarded well for the duties they undertake. When they deliver the desired results, rewards and compensations motivate them a lot. Additionally, employees get satisfaction from their work if it provides job security and they are assured that the job is their stable source of income. Some employees are satisfied with their jobs if there is a positive working environment where they are respected by their bosses, supervisors, and colleagues. A work-life balance also makes employees satisfied with their jobs. It is imperative to note the position of mentoring and training employees to equip them to deliver the best results for the organization as a contributing factor to job satisfaction and motivation.
