The conscious organization involves a progressive examination of oneself in order to be self-aware as well as responsible for oneself and the organization as a whole. It mostly establishes a very low tolerance for the dysfunction. It owns the will to be vigilant concerning unsettled issues that might exist under the surface of awareness or even that might go without being noticed as it is done in most organizations. conscious organizations in most cases are aware of bad quality, practice or even procedure of any habit since it contains vigilant that is build within it which is not consciousness (Vygotsky,2010). It is known to be embedded in the organization’s DNA. As soon as any dysfunction that is not required is recognized, there is a rallying cry that may be heard going out and as that happens the resources of the organization are concentrating on cleaning up the area and also moulding it to be more conscious.
