The different levels of leadership within an organization can impact the attitudes of employees, their emotions and behavior alike. For instance, negative attitudes or emotions creates absenteeism, leaving job positions and reduced productivity (Leonard, 2018). However, positive emotions, and attitudes are said by researches to have a good influence on the employee thus reduced absenteeism, lower turnover, and reduced aggression at work. Leadership is impactful since it creates a working environment for employees. Levels of leadership impact the communication system of the organization, the leadership styles, recognition of employees, mentoring, training and instructing employees. Bad leadership style like autocratic leadership would create a bad attitude for employees. A leadership level that is not able to mentor and direct democratically its workforce creates negative energy for the team through bad moods, attitudes, and emotions. Such negativity impacts negatively job satisfaction of the employees.
