Google’s Mission, Visual, Value Statements
According to the balance.com, the mission statement for Google is “to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.” Their vision statement is “to provide access to the world’s information in one click.” Also, the firm’s value statement is the dedication to innovation. The mission, vision and value statement are a reflection of the success made by the company globally. Since the firm’s inception, they have followed the mission, vision and value statements which have led to their current position among the top valuable brands globally (Farfan, 2018).
The mission statement of the company defines the business strategies of the company, for instance, the development of new company’s products. Similarly, the vision statement is the force behind the achievement of new heights in their growth such as speedy innovation. The accomplishment of the company is straightforwardly linked to firm’s efforts in fulfilling the mission, vision and value statements (Thompson, 2017). Thus, these statements are used by the company as the basis for every strategic decision taken. For instance, the vision, mission and value statement are used for the generic and intensive growth strategies. Moreover, the fulfillment of their vision statement has resulted in the company enabling millions of people to access information globally.
