Task: 1 (P3)=> Research paper 3 [3]:This research paper is talking about the wireless power transfer using coupled magnetic resonance in the Non-Radiative near field (electromagnetic field method) and it described the concepts of the operation through how does the circuit work but it did not attached a pictures or any real result, but this research paper have covered the whole needed analysis for making the coils of the transmitter and receiver circuits and the differences between the ways of making those coils with another specifications from the coils in research paper 1 which is not written in any other research paper, and also in research paper 3 the researcher wrote about the coils and the circuits of the wireless power transfer transmitter and receiver circuits without adding any real result from a real practical examinations like in research paper 1, and all of the circuits are have not been carried out but they are only a drawn circuits with their explaining, equations, and calculations but without the real practical examination like in research paper 1 and research paper 4, but this research paper has a merit of it is the only paper that mentioned how to transfer the power wirelessly though using a high frequency generator component or high frequency generator circuit. => Research paper 4 [4]:This research paper is talking about Tesla coil wireless power transmission using microwaves method or the inductive method (microwaves method and electromagnetic field method) and it described the concepts of the operation through how to design the circuit itself and which are the recommended components for the two method (microwaves method and electromagnetic field method) plus how the transmitter antenna and receiving antenna work and how the transmitter and receiver coils could be made with the equations needed plus in this research paper the researchers have added their own practical examinations with their results of testing to give more evidences for their equations that they have been used in describing the concepts of the operation of these two methods, and here in research paper 4 all the practical examinations are written and attached their pictures of testing the circuits in order to make it easier for the readers to see the practical examinations in real picture not only through a drew circuits like in the other research paper 2, research paper 3, research paper 5, and research paper 6. Task: 1 (P3)=> Research paper 5 [5]:This research paper is talking about the wireless power transmission using microwaves (microwaves method) and it described the concepts of the operation through how does the circuit work but it did not attached a pictures or any real result or the recommended component like in research paper 4, but this research paper have covered the whole needed explanation for making the microwaves generator and using this method which is not written in any other research paper, and also here in research paper 5 the whole paper is talking about the wireless power transfer that can be made by using microwaves without adding any real result from a real practical examinations like in research paper 4, and all of the explained information and the block diagrams are have not been carried out but they are only a drawn block diagrams with their explanation but without the real practical examinations like in research paper 4. => Research paper 6 [6]:This research paper is talking about the wireless power transmission using microwaves (microwaves method) and it described the concepts of the operation through how does the circuit work but it did not attached a pictures or any real result or the recommended component like in research paper 4, but this research paper have covered the whole needed explanation for making the microwaves generator, the whole information about the antenna array and the rectenna array, and using this method which is not written in any other research paper, and also here in research paper 6 the whole paper is talking about the wireless power transfer that can be made by using microwaves without adding any real result from a real practical examinations like in research paper 4, and all of the explained information and the block diagrams are have not been carried out but they are only a drawn block diagrams with their explanation but without the real practical examination like in research paper 4.Task: 1 (P3)The information I got after reading those research papers:3783330389890-> The wireless power transfer with the methodology of using electromagnetic field: 44735752630170The electricity get inside the transmitter circuit then through the first coil, that electricity turn into electromagnetic field through the air, and then it will be received through the second coil that has been fixed in the receiver circuit in between a specific distance that will be determined after setting some features of the two coils which are the specifications of the two coils which are:- Number of turns of each coil, and according to the data I have collected the number of turns for the second coil which will be fixed in the receiver circuit has to be more that the number of turns that for the first coil which will be fixed in the transmitter circuit to collect as much as electromagnetic filed as it can in order to convert them into the electricity that will be used to charge the smart mobile phones.- The WG (Wire Gauge) of the each coil, and according to the data I have collected the two coils have to be made from the same WG such as SWG (Standard Wire Gauge) or AWG (American Wire Gauge) or any other WG, in order to increase the efficiency of the received power which is the most important issue I need to focus on.- The diameter used in each coil, and according to the data I have collected the two coils have to be made with the same diameter for both of them, in order to increase the efficiency of the received power which is the most important issue I need to focus on. Then at the end that received electromagnetic power will be received, then it will be filtered into the device’s input rating power.Task: 1 (P3)-> The wireless power transfer with the methodology of using microwaves: 3074035231775At the first the microwaves sender begin sending the microwaves in front of the receiving antenna22078952341880(which called rectenna) in between a long distance as shown in the figure beside then the rectenna will begin collecting these microwaves to convert them into a normal DC power through taking these microwaves in through the regular receiving antenna, then the signal flows through the Rectifying Diode to collect them as much as possible in the same direction and then after that the signal will get through the Low Pass Filter in order to take the microwaves that has the same frequency that it has been adjusted on then the signal pass into a DC to DC converter which will step up the power of that signal to send it again or step it down to begin store it in a batteries an begin entering that electrical signal into the load itself.Task: 1 (P3)Parameters Through using the electromagnetic field Through using the microwavesWorking distance range Short distances Long distancesTransferring power range Can be used with low power and high power Can be used with low power and high powerEfficiency Normal efficiency within acceptable rate Higher than the efficiency of using the electromagnetic fieldHow much users can use it at the same time More than one device can be charged through using more than one receiver circuit. Only one receiver in order to maintain the high efficiency of the operation.Losses per distance rate High rate of losses per distance. Low rate of losses per distance.Size and weight Small size and light weight Big size and heavy weight and tend to be not portableCost Low cost High costLevel of dangerous It has lower level of dangerous than the methodology of using the microwaves has. It has higher level of dangerous than the methodology of using the electromagnetic field.Time needed to study the method Not more time needed as I know how to design it. Much time than I has as I don’t even know how to design it.Conclusion: After reading those research paper and attached every and each needed information for the two methodologies that can be used as the methodology of the wireless power transfer research project. So the method that will be used as the methodology for the wireless power transfer research project is the electromagnetic field method, so the research papers 1, 2, 3, and 4 in addition to the part in this literature review that is talking about the electromagnetic field method is the one that I will need while carrying out my own practical examinations of wireless power transfer research project, but the major difference between these papers and may idea is that I will make it work with 1m transferring distance.
