SWOT and TOWS Analyses

Review the resources on SWOT and TOWS analyses, then complete the following:

First, decide which company you are going to use for your final project from the following list:

Perform a TOWS analysis of the company. This should accomplish the following:
Identify threats to the organization and opportunities in the external environment that the organization can capitalize on.
Identify the strengths and weaknesses in the organization. What does it do well? What could it do better?
