The most essential factor of strategic management is change and how do organisations apply the change in the organisation keeping the mission and vision statements in mind. A mission statement comprises of the primary and measurable objectives of the organisation. It is meant specifically for eamployees and the leaders of the organisation. A change in the strategic planning would reflect in the mission statement of the organisation which gives a clear indications of the expectations of the organisations. In order to make employees and leaders of the organisation buy the change, the organisations should highlight the benefits and the decrease in deficits due to the change. Similarly, mission statements focus on the organisation’s purpose. It gives a direction to employees and also helps in changing the behavior of the employees towards the change. In order to help consumers buy the change, the organisations need to inflict the vsion statement into their marketing strategies. This would give them even more hope to be associated with the organisation.
