Strengths are those which give competitive advantage. Example: High talent pool, Advance system and technologies, closer to market, Strong relation with Supplier etc.

Weaknesses are those areas in which person or organization should work to improve performance. Example: Low employee morale, unskilled labor, poor quality etc.
