The McClelland theory of needs.
McClelland believes that individuals are motivated by achievement, power, and affiliation, yet they tend to favor one over the others. After reviewing and researching the theory, discuss which one seems to motivate you the most (achievement, power, or affiliation), and explain why.
According to McClelland theory of needs individuals are motivated by achievement, power and affiliation.
If someone motivated by their acheivement which means they prefer to work on moderate difficulty, they would be happy on their work and would be happy on guts.
If someone motivated by affiliation which means this type of person is social person who wants to meet with different type of people and get knowledge with them.

The need Acheivement motivated me most becuase it is need which gave me self satisfaction and i am dependent on myself not on others success or others people socialism and power. I want to prefer to work on the environment in which acheivement depends on my efforts and work. I always tend to avoid high and low risk situation and work in moderare situations.
