Require Loandlord or its agents identity: The clearly specifies that details of lanlords, his identity as well as someone who is acting on his behalf to be an agent needs to be there on agreement
Security deposit limit and return: The state law does not define how much the landlord can charge for a security deposit. However, it stipulates a maximum time period of one month to refund the deposit once the tenant moves out.
Rent rules: though it does not define the amount, it clearly defines where, when, why and how it should be paid.
