Proposal for an Organizational Retention and Motivation Action Plan
A frequent issue that organizations suffer from in current workplace environments is retaining employees and determining effective ways to motivate employees. For this assignment, you will act as a consultant that was hired by organization ABC (of your choice). As a consultant who retains an extensive background in Organizational Behavior, you have been tasked by the contracting organization to develop a proposal for an organizational retention and motivation action plan due to the high attrition rates and declining motivation currently occurring at the organization.
Your proposal is required to be submitted as a 10-14 pg Word document, APA format is required. Title page and reference page are not counted in the 10-14 pg count requirement.
You may select any organization to focus your proposal of an organizational retention and motivation action plan.

Organisatonal beheviour issues that impact the retention
1. Discrimination practices towards the employees by the employers.
2. Treating employees differently for the same task given on the basis of age , gender etc.
3.Providing poor working conditions to employees
4.Not providing all the relevant information to the emoployees.
5.Occurance fo harrassments in the workplace by any person.
6.Not conducting training programmes on timely basis.
Organisational behaviour issues that impact the motivation.
1.Abusive and intimidating behaviour towards employees.
2.Discriminatory promotion practices ( such as, giving prormotions on some characteristics which are not related to the job, subjective recommendations of immediate supervisor)
3.Not providing favourable wages and salaries, use of resources etc.
4.Terminationon the ground which has nothing to do with the performance of duties.
6.Not providing better opprtunities as per their skills.
