1. Analytical are people who are less attractive and less responsive. They make the decision very slow since they are organised and systematic and they try to make their facts to be correct. For example these kinds of person will mostly be there in planning activity

2. Amiable are persons who are highly supportive and interested in establishing and maintaining relationship in an organisation. For example these types of people are engaged in human resource.

3. Expressive are those people who are responsive, they are friendly andd energitic. They will help to develop new ideas and give creative solutions. For example these type of people are the politicians in the organisation.

4. Drivers are those people who are result oriented and and are motivated towards goal. They do anything to get the job done. For example these types of people are engaged in management and sales team
