There are factors that indeed influence success of performance improvement undertaken by the Organisation. The first one is Clear communication, where the main objective of the initiatives has to be communicated clearly in a way understood positively by all the involved resources. Generally this factor, when not applied correctly has the potentil to derail the entire initiative.
Creation space for maintaining and improving the positive attitude, self-esteem and self-image.
Next is continuous improvement and monitoring and following up on the results of the same.
Following up on the Goal setting process, its effect and continuous monitoring of the same is also one of the important factor in determining the success of the performance improvement.
