for every construction projects,there will be desining,planning and estimations at the begining before the project gets started.Before starting the construction,it is important to estimate the overall budget of the construction until the construction ends because it overview the amount that should be spent.Time is also an important factor if we give the estimated time of completion,we should handover before the estimated time.According to my point of view as the project manger i will give more importance to the time and money for the construction. Once the project budget was finalised money will be relised according to the requirement.I will take some steps for not crossing the budget i.e., I will revisit.review and forecast all the budget every day because it should be exceeded.Frequent budget oversight is essential in preventing budgets from getting too far out of hand.I will carefully manage scope by creating change orders for work that isn’t covered by the project’s initial requirements.   An important part of staying on budget is to make sure all team members are aware of the current budget status as well. Keep the project team informed of the project budget forecast.All the workers should be informed about the completion date of the construction every day because they will speed up the work without any delay. All the materials required for the construction should be secured because in some construction projects materials will disappear.By this reason also budget exceeds more so,i would always check the quantity of the materials in work place.by this process i will assure no time or money exceeds the budget I have reffered internet and some of my construction management books(civil department books)
