Innovative change is the definition of the changes that are instituted; with the backing of creativity as the main consideration. It is the use of creativeness in order to bring out a change in the manner that a certain undertaking is done in an organization, a nation or any given place. The common thing about innovative change is that it is geared towards the betterment of the activity that is being considered at a particular point in time. In the event of the occurrence and institution of the innovative change, there are various inconveniences, or pains, that accompany the change. However, it is possible to have the innovative change without having the accompanying growing pains. McAdam, R., Stevenson, P., & Armstrong, G. (2000). This can be achieved through effective planning; whereby any source of the pains and inconveniences is buffed with adequate plans so that it is eliminated; which in the long run, will have innovative change without the accompanied growing pains. This is known as innovative change management in an organization. This will be able to bring out the best from the innovative change.
