The organizing and management process can be done efficiently.To organize in an effective manner,there are six principles of arganization and management which will be used in design,manage ,secure and evaluate. 1.Work should be divide to the sub ordinates according to there qualification,skills.This will results in the progress of task.2.I will always be clear about the functioning of the task because if there will be no doubt in the work i can work in confident manner.3.According to my point of view controlling is a span of supervision of the work.4.Discipline in the work without any kind of deviations and also maniplations.5.Unity of direction-All the employees deliver the same activities that can be linked to the same objective.All these activities must be carried out in described in a plan of action.6.Management and the authority for decision making prosess must be properly balanced in degree of centralization To design any kind of task certain clear ideas should be held in the topic and we should need some measures.It would be the fundamental in task.By the measures that which was collected should be managed clearly without any voids.All this information should be secured very secretly and later it should be evaluated.All this process was the sequence of the operation and inter related.By this i will complete my task in the sucess path.
