The three challenges for an organization with regards to Health Care Reform Bill are as follows:

1. It should ensure that health insurance coverage is extended to all its employees. In order to address this, the organization should play a proactive role and for employee benefit extend health insurance coverage to all employees. This will also help the organization in improving workforce morale and comply with requirements of the law.
2. In case an employee has availed insurance from private exchanges and receiving subsidy, the employer can be taxed or fined in case it has reimbursed the insurance premium. The organization should not promote employees to purchase individual plan and reimburse the premium, instead it should purchase group plans and extend the coverage to all employees.
3. Also the organization should enroll for the health insurance plans which are meeting necessary standards as prescribed by ACA. This is relatively easy to meet as newer plans that have been launched meet the legal guidelines. The organizations should still do some due diligence to ensure the same.
