Restaurant is a place where food items were prepared and served to the customers on there needs according the menu prepared by the restaurant management. Before the restaurant get started, we should check some basic preferences like good cheff , good locality and food products avalibility nereby the selected area.Area plays an importent role in segmenting the restaurant because it should be hygenic and away from the dirt places. I would advise to someone thingking of new restaurant in highly corporated area like where there is scope for the offices, colleges because in a peak times they prefer to stay in restuarants.profit petential also based on the population,sales,income.If the population is more then sales will be more.so,population also plays a key role.In the today’s world competition is more and we should aware of that competition.so,competition is based on providing best food with less amount.It would be more profitable opening the restaurants in the malls because malls are the place where we can find any kind of products.so,by the good interier designing restuarant was opened in the malls it gives more profit.
