Solved: How have you reacted to changes within your organization?

As reaction to the changes in the organization the only thing that I did is just trying as soon as possible to fit in the new working environment. In this case I just asked for guidance with the new system which have been incorporated in the organization (Hornstein, 2015). As for the performance at first it went down due to the fact that the system of the organization was new but within one week I had taken over and was even performing better as compared to the older days when an old system was being used (Cameron,& Green,2015). Another component is that the organizational productivity increased rapidly as I was not just alone as other employees also adopted to the new system and the productivity continued as expected by the end. the result is better productivity and coordination on part of the organization.
