In Program Management, the structure is so created that it reflects a disciplinary aspect to undertake any practice for a Project by offering appropriate guidance to the entire program and by offering a leadership from the Top-Management to supervise and control the entire project. Hence it is to be noted that Program Management is different from Project Management. Program Management therefore helps in deciding the scope of the Project Management.
