Do you think Passport Video acted ethically and honestly and believed that its production was protected by fair use, or do you think the firm was simply using fair use as a way of avoiding paying royalties for the copyrighted material it was using?

Passport videos are used to demonstrate to people the way to apply for a passport and other important things related to it. These videos create awareness and are very helpful to people as they help us know how to initiate the procedure and complete it. It is not at all a violation of rights because nothing personal is being posted in the video but it is just an informative video.
