No I dnt think that project teams and project managers should go beyond and above what is stated in the project scope and its requirements just to please its customers. Project manager can please its customers in its area only. There are so many ways and techniques by which they can satisfy its customers. In case they go beyond its scope than it is not suitable for its project. Because the scope of the project is set according to its requirement and it should be followed and nobody is allowed to go beyond. Hence we can say that everything should be done in its scope and it is the duty of manager to satisfy its customers only within project’s scope.
