Line of visibility means the steps in service process which are visible to customers. Now a days, companies are increasing the visibility so that customer is aware how work is flowing. Example: People can check how Pizza is made in Dominos or in Banks how work is flowing. It doesn’t classify as line, batch or job process. The classification depends on how the work is done.
