I completely agree with this statement by Adam Kahane. The crux of this statement is that if you are unhappy with something and want it to get changed, you need to come out of your comfort zone. It can put you in some discomfort, but if you genuinely wish to change something, you need to bear it.
As far as fitting with Spirituality in the workplace, this can certainly play a major role in motivating the workers to give their 100% even in some uncomfortable circumstances and to get the best out of their skills.
