Securities and Exchange Commission

The Securities and Exchange Commission is a self-regulated state agency that is accountable for the proper regulation of the securities industries within the United States. It is capacity; the body pursues a three-part mission that includes safeguarding investors, maintain the fairness and well-being of securities markets, and increase capital data.  One of the business agency regulated by this body includes Avedro Inc. that deals with the manufacturing and distribution of pharmaceutical devices including cross-linking systems among other goods used in the treatment of eye conditions (Johnston & Petacchi, 2017). This is a business organization that is typically regulated by the agency and through the regulation; it has been able to expand its supplying efforts outside of the United States via a network of ophthalmic medical services distributors. The regulation process has also created fair operations and less fraud in its operations. The regulatory body is still doing some good work in the business surrounding and customer protection.

Environmental Protection Agency

The environmental protection agency protects individuals and the entire environment from serious health risks, carries out research and enforces environmental laws. The body also functions through drafting rules and making sure all the involved institutions follow them. The authority operates with several companies and all levels of state in several kinds of ways to stop polluting the surrounding (Lohse, Pascalau & Thomann, 2014). An example of a business regulated by this agency includes the Ford Motor Company that is typically an automobile manufactured within the United States. In the automobile industry, the agency drafted the F019 listing that aims at increasing the use of aluminum in cars, light trucks, and utility vehicles. The Ford Company through the regulations has been able to produce vehicles that are environmentally friendly and that do not contaminate the air through toxic emissions. Occupational Safety and Health Administration

The Occupational Security and Health Administration is the United States division of labor agency charged with the duty of maintaining secure and well working setting for employees in America. The institution’s stated mission is ‘to guarantee safe and appropriate operational conditions for the operating women and men through establishing and enforcing policies and through providing guidance, education, outreach, and help. A majority of the American’s are covered under the OSHA’s influence, either openly via central OSHA or via an OSHA-acknowledged state program (Johnston & Petacchi, 2017). A well-known entity covered by agency includes the Dell Company that typically meets the three significant conditions required to adhere to the set regulations and requirements. The company through these regulations has been able to grow by selling a wide range of technological goods including personal computers and servers. There have been good relations between the employers and employees hence resulting in massive profit and stability within Texas.

Customer Product Security Commission

The customer product security commission safeguards the community from inappropriate and perverse dangers of grave injuries or death from several types of buyer commodities under its authority including goods that pose a chemical, fire and electrical threats to the citizens. Apple Inc is one of the big manufacturing industries within the United States that is controlled and monitored by the customer product security commission in the production approved electronic devices for its users (Lohse, Pascalau & Thomann, 2014). The protection has enabled the industry to produce the top electronic brands on a global scale with its headquarters in Cupertino, California. The organization’s products have been tested and approved for consumer consumption as it typically meets the structured regulations designed by the consumer product safety commission.
