In Sri Lankan society has been increased their number of educated youths as a developing society, in this way all other developing societies have been increased the number of educated youths, the global rate of qualified labor force will have consequently increased by the UN. According to this factor will in turn abate the number of foreign workers in these developing countries draw abundant local and foreign investments as investors will have the evocative of security wanted as far as availability of qualified employees is concerned. As a final result of this is increased the proportion of employment the society’s to alleviation in poverty, development in returns for companies and businesses as qualified employees then as a result of it will certainly increment productivity, and as a consequence, stretch in income of the government. The learning opportunities should be enhanced and characterized by the use of higher education and training methods, where problem solving, critical thinking, teamwork creativity and conflict resolution skills should be given priority. All persons should have access to reasonable quality education and lifelong learning opportunities. It should not be based on issues such as gender, age, race, ethnicity, language, religion, etc. This is an ongoing situation in Sri Lanka and all girls and boys in Sri Lankan society have the opportunity to enjoy higher education as well as to enjoy the same benefits. With the right education, they can raise their voice for their rights. Therefore they can reduce the early fewer marriages by 64% and also early fewer pregnancies by 59%.
