1. In the past years, Achieva’s demand to liscense software has increased tremendously as a result of which 50 new programmers were made to associate with the company to develop new sofwares. The growh became so swift that the company’s operation has become informal therby loosing its organisational structure. Many of the employees complained about the detoriation of good performance of the company and lack of equitable ambiance in the organisation. These made the managers to rule over the employees which resulted in employees leaving the job.

As Achieva is developing and growing rapidly and recruited large no of employees, it should recruit HR’s an design policies and a hierachy system within the company so that every employees’s grievance is listened to. Managers too should be replaced and they should also have reporting heads so that they do not exploit employees.
