Equation in terms of rank to rank is yet feasible across the Defense forces however, when it comes to Teaching, it is a process and an attribute and not a rank that could be equated to any of the Army ranks. As a matter of fact, Teaching and learning activities go hand-in-hand. The teaching could be derived in the Army either directly by pursuing various educations and training courses or even indirectly, when the practical experiences in Army teaches you about certain important norms and principles either an easy or hard way out. Hence, teaching is a constant process across all the ranks of Army with the view to keep the spirits of learning high and open to accepting ideas and values. Therefore, it shall not be possible to equate any rank in the Army with my teaching job.
