As a manager I will first analyse then create a tems for various fragmented objectives of a single major goal. Team member will be selected from across different functional areas. The members will be directed towards goal achievement.
I will ensure the performance of every person by the following ways:
1. A systematic group performance.
2. Individual performance assessment.
3. People will have to take team leader position on alternate days with changed objectives day to day.
4. Feedback from others .
The common goal must be accomplished by each member with given track record of work done.

Many time members lack zeal to excel ahead but it is the team leader who motivate every people and get the work accomplished. The leaders instructions lead a team to desired goals. The team movement and success depends on the motivation given by a strong leadership.
