As a manager I will first analyse then create a tems for various fragmented objectives of a single major goal. Team member will be selected from across different functional areas. The members will be directed towards goal achievement.
I will ensure the performance of every person by the following ways:

3. People will have to take team leader position on alternate days with changed objectives day to day.
4. Feedback from others .
The common goal must be accomplished by each member with given track record of work done.
