I’m sure you have heard of constraints before, even the triple constriant or iron triangle in project management. They indicate all projects have certain constraints. Do you believe ALL projects have constraints? Explain.
Expert Answer
Projects have constraints that is why their is a need of project management. Had there been a case where there were no project constraints then the whole purpose of management would have failed. It can be said that all projects have constraints because the change is constant i.e. the society, the variable factors keep on changing and they do not remain constant. Either their is a time issue to complete the project in time or quality issue to meet the standards of quality or any other issue relating to the project to make it perfect and effective.
