Yes it is important to have mirroring in an organization. A communicational goals can be achieved only when one person is clearly understand and able to understand the meaning, intention and motive of the speaker. It is said that a communicator is judged by his interpersonal skills and not by his intent. hence it is very important to match the communication style of another. This will however helps a person in achieving personal and professional goals. It also enables him to build a positive environment for the people surrounding him.

It is true that it somehow helps in removing the communication bias. Following are the advantages and reasons that how the communication bias can be improved and how it helps in achieving the communicational goals.
