A communicational goals can be achieved only when one person is clearly understand and able to understand the meaning, intention and motive of the speaker. It is said that a communicator is judged by his interpersonal skills and not by his intent. hence it is very important to match the communication style of another. This will however helps a person in achieving personal and professional goals. It also enables him to build a positive environment for the people surrounding him.
