When we run an organisation or take up certain task , we need to build our competency step by step with the help of all the employees or team members. When we develop a planned structure , it becomes easy to track every step and thus helps to build competency efficiently. Without a functional structure, everything seams to get complicated and many problems arise. So it is very essential to have a functional structure .
Every individual who is a part of our task or organisation need to foolow these guidelines and work accordingly. Positive and negative points must be tracked timely and steps need to be taken to improve. Decisions must be taken collectively and everybody should stand ona single decision. With these steps competency is very easy to build and maintain.
