The law comprises of a set up of rules and regulations determined as the taxonomical body of rules that regularizes the whole society and the actions of its members.

The purpose of law is to punish criminals and wrong doers to maintain public order. This purpose is carried out by separating them from the society or creating a fear of punishment. Individuals harming public order and safety can be sent to jail or can be ordered to pay fines. In this way it protects the individual and society from the criminals and wrong doers.

However, to create an inclusive environment there is a need of ethical and moral character that the individuals lack. Lack of diversity sensitivity and presence of culture astuteness makes people to disregard other humans and treat them by discrimination and other derogatory means. The society is required to create an atmosphere of equality and respect to create inclusive environment instead of leaving on law to create it.
