As we know that the artists work hard and they put very great effort into the entertainment projects in Hollywood. The artists inspire the generations rather than just only acting. Unions in the entertainment industry are banding together just to gain the necessary power which is very helpful in negotiation process which is conducted for artist rights. Masques club in 1925 and Screenwriters Guide in 1933 were organized. There are many other unions as well which are helping the Hollywood labor. These clubs are facilitating negotiation in the wake of their grievances.
