Answer :- Leadership plays a significant role and responsibility in resolving a stalemate and therefore, foster growth and development for a business organization in the long-run. The role & responsibility of leadership can be described as follows :-

1). Leader determines the goals and policies for the subordinates. Accordingly, Leadership permits leader to acts as a guide in interpreting the goals and policies.

2). Leader divides organizational activities among the employees in a systematic manner. This reduces the chances of conflicts between employees (them).

3). Leader guides the subordinates towards the achievement of organizational objectives. Leader also gives advisory services whenever a subordinate faces any problem.

4). Leadership integrates the goals of the individuals with the organizational goals and creates a community of interests.

Accordingly, Leadership enhances the growth and development for the business organization in the long-run and thus, resolve a stalemate.
