Answer: The culture is a set of shared beliefs and behaviours within a common social group. Language is a tool which is used for exchanging information and meanings. Language and culture has a direct relationship. In fact the language forms a part of the culture and is used for maintaining and conveying culture and cultural ties. Language is not only a tool for information exchange but it also has power to create and shape the identities, values and perceptions of the people. Hence language is often used for creating cultural ties. Many cultures also share a common language and hence the language also forms a part of the culture as it is shared by the people belonging to that culture. Language helps the people to convey their common values and culture.

At times the people from the same culture also mis-communicate. This is mainly because even the cultures are also made up of various sub cultures. Therefore the people using a common language may also differ from each other based on these sub cultural differences which may lead to miscommunication.
