Solution: The unemployment compensation is a government scheme where government overcomes the financial constraints and problem of the people who are unemployed and still searching for the job. In this scheme, the government will compensate the unemployed people for a stipulated time period.

Note: Basically, This scheme is meant for qualified unemployed i.e. they are eligible for the job. They have a proper qualification but not able to get any job due to crunch in the market.

The process of getting unemployment Compensation is given below:-

(a) First of all, you have to show authentic US Citizenship proof

(b) Proof in the form of Proper qualification ( Qualified unemployed)

(c) Legal work permit, Which is mandatory

(d) He is medically fit to do a job in the market.

(e) He was employed earlier, getting minimum compensation but now the same job is not there.

(f) Later on, there will be an investigation, and if everything is fine. Compensation is given.

(g) Even, there is provision to file for a judicial appeal, if state didn’t permit but you think that you are eligible for compensation.
