What internal components cause the difference in processing speeds in a CPU when clock speed is the same between two different manufacturers? Does it just come down to manufacturing, material, design, or what?

The Processing speed is the important thing which the people looks for when they are opt to buy a new system.We usually thinks that the system speed mainly depends on the clock speed .The other thing which contributes a lot to the Performance is the Hardware.The hardware includes,
- Amount of RAM memory.
- Size of Register in CPU
- Amount of cache memory
- Bus type and speed
RAM size greatly affects the thing that if 16 GB RAM then it will be too slow.The Processor alone does not never contributes to the processor speed of the system .The interaction of the processor with the above hardware contributes a lot to your processing speed.Even the system with high speed processor may also work slow duue to RAM or Bus type.
