FOLLOWING ARE THE RISK OF CHANGING STRATEGIES :-

1. Internal employees may resist the change in the strategies. Because the process of changing the strategies can affect the working of the company. Not only strategies will change, it also led to change in the responsibilities of employees. and which can be strongly resist by them.

2. There is always a risk of possibility of failure in new initiatives which may led the company in a worse position than it was before the change.

3. Increase in a workload in the organisation. regular changes are healthy but sometime it is not beneficial because not only paper work has increased also legal requirements require alot of legal work.
