a) Goals of the Organisation : The goals of the organisation will establish the direction and the organisation should examine the areas in which the goals are not meet and design suitable training to achieve its goals.These management efforts should ensure that organisational goals are achieved.
b) The resources available to the organisation: The organisations while designing and implementing suitable human resource programs should consider the availability of the resourses based on which decisions should be made. The resources available to the organisation will influence the organizations human resource requirements.
c) Organizational structure and climate: Organization climate is the coordination and trust among employees and managers. Organization climate has direct impact on employees participation and implementation of training programs by human resource department. Hence Organizational structure and climate should be conductive to human resources department working.
d) Business environment constraints: There are number of environment constraints a such as economic,social,legal during its business operations. These constraints will determine the organisations need for different types of training programs.
