2) To create another standard user we need to follow below steps:
a) login to the server as root user
b) then use the adduser command – # adduser username
c) set and confirm the user password once prompted
d) now set the user information as prompted, we can leave all information blank which is the default option
e) now use the usermod command to add this user to sudo group – # usermod -ag sudo username
3) We can change desktop by following below steps;
a) Right click on desktop and select change desktop background
b) You can choose from three choices from drop down list, either select by default provided wallpapers or choose some picture from pictures folder or select colors& gradient to just choose a flat color or gradient.
4) By default these will be stored as .odf files
5) For the owner of the file permissions listed will be None, Read Only, read, write and execute whereas if it’s for other users then execute option is not listed.
