Once the risks are identified the next step is to prepare the Work Break down structure and compare the risk with each component of WBS.If after assessing the risk with WBS, it will be easy to verify how much the risk is going to affect the proeject.When risk is high according to assumption and assessment then the project manager should devise a way to minimize the risk.Some of the assumption of risk may be true and some will notcorrect.
