so let us consider that a=98.2 for n=1

a+d is for n=2 is unknown

a+2d for n=3 is 109.8

hence a+2d-a=109.8-98.2

=>2d=109.8-98.2=11.6

=>d=5.8 which is the common difference

a+d = 104 age=4

a+2d = 105.8 age =5

a+3d =115.6

a+4d=121.4
