Based on these individual attributes, everyone will have his/ her own perceptual bias about something he/ she experiences. In this case, Sandra’s habits regarding her attire may create negative feelings in some of her co-workers that she is not serious about her work or she does not carry adequate professionalism.
However, in reality, Sandra may be very serious about her duty in the workplace and she dresses up in that way based on her belief system and cultural background which may have nothing to do with her potential and attitude towards work.
