Job security issues build up in those situations when an industry faces the great loss in term of loss and during the time of recession. Second thing is the competition in workplace where new entrant employees adapt to the psychological contract. Job security issues affect performance in term of creativity and productiveness in negative way. To keep the job secure the employee should upgrade their skill and knowledge as per industry requirement.

Job insecurity creates the negative impact on the employee health as well as his/her performance. Employee becomes less creative and depressed. These stress cause the physical as well as mental health problems. Employee reduces the job satisfaction because they underestimate their performance. They pay less attention to the safety and experience the more accidents and injuries at workplace. Under such situation they feel fear of job insecurity and do not report the incident.

So organization should plan the trips or cultural events to overcome such situation.
