There is a corporate Learning & Development department that exists in my organization which possesses shared vision, shared goals & objectives across the organization.

Specific ways people assisted me in this effort:

Am responsible for facilitating Learning and Development programs for various different operations group. I cannot handle this all by myself. While this being the shared vision for the overall organization, I took help from the respective stream managers who provided me the nominations from their teams who act as single point of contact for gathering ideas, conducting learning need assessment, identifying trainers, trainees demographic details, training schedule etc.,

There is a Business Continuity Planning (BCP) team that exists in my organization which possesses shared vision, shared goals & objectives across the organization.
